Imagine you have this big plan to watch and support our Canadian team with your friends in a bar for the Olympic Games, but at the last minute, your door or your opener is not opening and you can not get your car out…Well do not panic, first thing to do is to pull the red cord at the top of your opener, which allows you to switch the door to manual. Once it is done, try to lift the door manually, if it does work, you can go and meet your friends and call us later to get your opener fixed. But if it does not work out or if you feel some tension, please call a garage door professional close to you, do not attempt to fix it yourself.
