I had a problem with my garage door opener. I called a company and the person came over to look at it. He told me I need a new opener which would cost me over $500. He didn’t do any diagnostics to determine the cause. He was so unprofessional and inexperienced. I called Promaster, where the technicians determined I just had to replace a small part in my opener and it cost me far less. It was unbelievable.
